François TWAGIRUMUKIZA

Mr. François Twagirumukiza is a prominent Rwandan business leader, investor,

and entrepreneur with over nearly three decades of experience across

international trade, logistics, and real estate development. He is the Founder and

Chairman of Eastern Hope Ltd, a major regional trading and logistics enterprise,

and White Stone Apartments Ltd, a fast-growing real estate development

company contributing to Rwanda’s urban transformation.

As Chairman of the Private Sector Federation (PSF) of Rwanda, Mr.

Twagirumukiza provides strategic leadership to the country’s private sector,

championing policies and partnerships that enhance competitiveness, attract

investment, and drive sustainable economic growth. He previously served as

Chairman of the PSF Trade Cluster, where he was instrumental in strengthening

trade facilitation and private sector advocacy.

He has played a significant role in advancing strategic collective investments and

fostering public-private collaboration critical to Rwanda’s economic

development.
